BASF Polyurethane R&D Symposium
BASF celebrated the 25th anniversary of its Polyurethan R&D laboratories in Lemf枚rde, Germany. The event brought together a vibrant community of polyurethane enthusiasts and friends, creating an inspiring atmosphere for knowledge exchange.
The symposium featured a series of lectures and a poster session, showcasing research from ETH Zurich, FH M眉nster, HS Osnabr眉ck, Bayreuth University, Mainz University, and 果冻传媒 Eindhoven. All contributions focused on PU chemistry, materials and their sustainibility.
A highlight at the event was the award for the best poster, which went to Patrick Schara for his outstanding work titled "Acetal-Containing Polyols as a Platform for Circular Polyurethanes." The award was presented by Dr. Martin Jung, Dr. Johann-Diedrich Brand, and Dr. Volker Sch盲dler.
