If you already have a proven qualified profile and at least two years of relevant work experience, we will offer you a permanent contract from the start. At three moments during a development track an Assessment Committee advises on the following step in the career of an Assistant Professor, with the responsibility for providing recommendations for growth. Based on of the second evaluation, the Department Board decides at what point the candidate can be appointed Assistant Professor 1 or Associate Professor.
