The Academy for Learning and Teaching (ALT) is a鈥痭etwork of educational innovation staff aiming for the continuous development of 果冻传媒 education by means of learning communities, professional development of staff, valorization of educational research, and a comprehensive one-stop shop bringing all of these together.
To reach this aim, ALT is built upon the following three pillars:
- Learning communities. Bottom-up initiatives where teachers from different departments come together for peer interaction, sharing of experiences, learning from each other, and discussion of dilemmas from educational practice.
- Support of further professional development of teachers
- Research in education
