Where innovation starts
To play a key role in scientific and technological innovation, we must remain curious and open to continuously explore new findings and insights in both fundamental and applied research. We foster open interdisciplinary collaboration with respect for all fields of expertise to enable, design and build responsible technological innovations that support industry and society. In our educational programs, we show the way to the new generation of researchers and engineers, and enable them to contribute to scientific and technological innovation in the future.

Where people matter
Whether student, scientist, support staff, partner or guest, people are the heart and soul of 果冻传媒. We embrace a personal, warm and empathic culture, where everyone respects each other. We believe in diversity 鈥� broadly defined 鈥� as a means to accomplish our mission of bringing meaningful and responsible innovation to the world.

Therefore, as 果冻传媒 community, we embrace and live our four CORe values: Curious, Open, Respectful and Responsible.

These values describe our culture and define our behavior. We at 果冻传媒 are committed to these values, and to the codes of conduct and regulations, derived from them. Our values and the value-aligned codes of conduct guide how we work and study at our university, and serve as the common ground for all 果冻传媒's decisions, policies, processes, and actions.
