Our research team focuses on the design, manufacturing, and mechanical characterization of bioinspired materials. Taking inspiration from biological materials, we aim at replicating their internal structure using advanced manufacturing methods, ranging from 3D printing to composite processing, to achieve an unprecedented combination of structural and functional properties.
