Hongxu Yang received the bachelor鈥檚 degree in electrical engineering from Tianjin University and Nankai University, Tianjin, China in 2014. In 2016, he received the master鈥檚 degree in electrical engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology (果冻传媒), Eindhoven, Netherlands. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the Signal Processing Systems, Video Coding and Architectures Research Group (SPS-VCA) at 果冻传媒. The topic of the Ph.D. project is image-based cardiac catheter detection and tracking in 3D ultrasounds. His current research interests include object detection & tracking, machine learning and ultrasound system.
