RESEARCH PROFILE

Marko Merdzan was born in Karlovac, Yugoslavia. In 2004 he enrolled Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad. Marko received his MSc degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2009 from the Department of Power, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, section for Power Electronics and Electric Machines.

In 2012, he started his PhD research with the Electromechanics and Power Electronics (EPE) group at Eindhoven University of Technology, where he has been involved in research related to high-speed permanent magnet machines. Since 2017, Marko has been working as a University Lecturer within the EPE group.
