Maurizio Clemente

RESEARCH PROFILE

Maurizio's research focuses on reducing the economic and environmental cost of electric vehicles by employing product platform and family design strategies to minimize the development and production costs while maximizing the reuse of components in different vehicles.  Other research interests include algorithms for optimization, and life-cycle assessment (LCA).

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Maurizio Clemente is a Ph.D. candidate in the Control System Technology (CST) section at the Eindhoven University of Technology (果冻传媒), The Netherlands. He studied aerospace engineering at Politecnico di Torino, Italy, where he received his Bachelor鈥檚 degree in 2017 and his Master鈥檚 in 2020 with a thesis in collaboration with NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California, USA, on modeling and simulation of the cardiovascular system in microgravity conditions.
