Create the control intelligence which autonomously manages the network鈥檚 physical layer.

This gives the user access to services at the appropriate quali卢ty-of-experience level and improves the network鈥檚 dependability. We study the impact of emerging ap卢plications on the network and the effects that net卢work impairments have on services. Our main focus is on cognitive Internet of Things communications.
