Research Profile
The mission of Systems and Control for Health Lab (SyCH Lab) is to pioneer theories and tools of systems and control to tackle the pressing technological challenges in health care. The lab鈥檚 research focuses on bioinformatics, data science, artificial intelligence and system engineering to develop novel medical technologies with optimal measure of efficacy, reliability, safety and stability in accordance with the standardised clinical practices. The lab closely collaborates with MedTech companies and hospitals on topics encompassing automated diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of Parkinson鈥檚 disease, cancer and arteriosclerosis.
