RESEARCH PROFILE

Marcel Hendrix is Assistant Professor in the Electromechanics and Power Electronics group of the Department of Electrical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology (果冻传媒). He has held this position since 1998, specializing in the research and design of high-precision, high-performance power electronics and analog circuitry.

From starting his career at Philips鈥 Lighting Division, Hendrix has been involved in the design and specification of switched-mode power supplies for solar inverters, low- and high-pressure gas-discharge lamps, and LEDs. His current interests are design automation, large-scale (cloud) computing, IC development, system simulation, modeling, discrete-time control techniques, and (hybrid) switched-capacitor power conversion.鈥
