RESEARCH PROFILE
He is currently working on a WILSON project. WILSON: Distributed data modelling and federated digital tWInning for Lifecycle data-driven Sustainable OperatioN and management of buildings and districts. His research focusses on Industry 4.0, the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Industrial Cyber Physical Systems (ICPS), wireless sensor networks (WSNs), and computer networking. His work aims to reduce human intervention in data flow from industrial plants to ERP and cloud infrastructure by implementing cutting-edge techniques. His projects include secure query processing, sensor device integration, and trustworthy code dissemination.
We are currently in the midst of a technological and computing revolution that will drastically change our lives and potentially redefine what it means to be human. I am very excited at the prospect of devoting my long-term career to such a dynamic, fast advancing field.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Dr. Ravi Sharma is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Built Environment at 果冻传媒. He earned his PhD from the Department of Electronics Technology at Budapest University of Technology and Economics in Budapest, Hungary, where his research focused on the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Industry 4.0 (I4). He received his Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Patna, India.
