Rebecca M眉ller

RESEARCH PROFILE
Rebecca M眉ller is an Assistant Professor in the Human Performance Management (HPM) group at the Eindhoven University of Technology (果冻传媒). Her research investigates teams and their dynamics, such as team processes and emergent states among team members. She uses different approaches to examine virtual human teams, co-located human teams, and human-agent teams, such as laboratory experiments, field studies, or vignette studies. Further, she developed a scale to measure emergent states in teams. Currently, she aims to answer whether the seminal insights about team emergent states based on human-human teams can be transferred to human-agent teams.
