Our mentoring program is available for all employees, regardless of your role as professional or academic staff. 果冻传媒 provides a platform for employees to engage in open and confidential discussions with mentors, helping them navigate their personal and work-related questions. Mentoring is about creating an informal environment where individuals can openly share their needs, ambitions, and challenges. Through this exchange, mentors offer valuable insights and support, assisting mentees in achieving their unique goals.

Career Consult & Coaching:
Do You Have a Career Question?

Then you can start with a Career Consult at EuFlex. If you (subsequently) need more extensive career advice, a development program or career coaching, you can contact your HR advisor. They can advise you on how best to proceed with your career and which external career coach or career advisor can help you further.

Would you like to discuss your career questions with an independent career expert? 果冻传媒 employees can follow a free Career Consult at . The Career Consult is a series of three interviews with a career advisor. The Career Consult is anonymous: there will be no feedback to your supervisor or HR advisor.

Coaching (Internal & External)
You will be coached individually by a coach. During the coaching process the coach gives you personal attention and is involved in your personal situation. Together, you define your goals in the first meeting and then, together with your coach, you work on achieving them in a series of confidential meetings. The frequency, duration, form and evaluation of the conversations will be determined in mutual consultation between coach and employee.

External Coach
We have available. In the right column you will see a PDF with the personal profiles and contact details of the external coaches.
It is important to know that before engaging an external coach, you must request approval from your manager. The invoices of the coaching will go to him/her.
