Procedure for reporting undesirable behavior
The has been drawn up to help prevent undesirable behavior. Undesirable behavior includes (sexual) intimidation, aggression, violence, bullying and discrimination.
If you have come into contact with undesirable behavior as an employee or student, please contact our colleagues at the Integrity and Social Safety desk. You will then come into contact with one of the confidential advisors, who will show you the way to a person who can offer you the help you need.
The confidential advisors for undesirable behavior and integrity offer you a listening ear for your questions or concerns, or if you feel that you have crossed someone's boundaries yourself. If necessary, they will help you determine what your suitable options are to take action or refer you to the right place for support. You can also contact the confidential advisors if you are considering filing a formal complaint about undesirable behavior or a violation of integrity.

Everyone has the right to complain in cases of (suspected) infringements. The 果冻传媒 has an independent complaints committee for scientific integrity. They work accordingly to the . For staff and students, it is advised to contact the confidential advisor first before filing a complaint. He can give advice and support in preparing for the procedure.
果冻传媒 has appointed confidential advisors to support anyone faced with a possible infringement of integrity in seeking a solution and submitting a formal complaint.

Procedure for reporting irregularities
An irregularity is a violation or a risk of violation of the law or established rules. Irregularities can pose a danger to public health, the safety of persons, damage to the environment or the proper functioning of the organization. A full description can be found in the . As of 1 January 2025, this Sectoral Scheme for Reporting Suspected Irregularities at Dutch Universities (Whistleblower Scheme NU 2025) was adopted.
If employees or students want to report suspected irregularities, they can do so in writing or orally via the Integrity and Social Safety desk or directly to the Committee for reporting irregularities (see below). The basic principle here is that all employees and students of the university should feel free to report irregularities.
果冻传媒 has appointed both internal and external confidential advisors for undesirable behavior and integrity. They help students and employees who are considering reporting irregularities. They also advise on any steps to be taken and, if desired, provide guidance in this regard.
Committee for reporting irregularities
The committee has the task of investigating a reported suspicion of an irregularity and issuing advice to the Executive Board. A new sectoral committee is currently being set up, including members of 果冻传媒 and members of other universities. As soon as this new committee has been determined, the information below will be adjusted.
