At 果冻传媒, we value a safe, honest, and inclusive study and working environment. We feel it鈥檚 important to look after each other and to handle our work, our research, our study, and living environment in a responsible manner. We do our best to nurture this culture, whilst learning from our mistakes and encouraging everyone to listen to and talk to each other.
But what if you do not feel socially safe? What if you experienced or suspect inappropriate or undesirable behavior, or a conflict of interest? If you need someone to talk to, the staff at the Integrity and Social Safety (I&SS) Desk are available to listen to your questions, issues, and suggestions.
If needed, they can help you determine what to do or refer you to the right place for support. Furthermore, you can contact the I&SS Desk if you want to make a formal report of inappropriate behavior or an integrity violation.

How does it work?
A confidential advisor will listen to you and you can talk about your question, issue, or suggestion. All information you share is kept confidential. The confidential advisor will plan a meeting with you to talk about your question, issue, or suggestion, and then discuss your options with you. If actions or next steps are desired, you will be in charge of taking these steps.
The Integrity and Social Safety Desk is available on Monday to Friday between 9hrs and 17hrs. When you contact us outside these office hours, we will get back to you typically within 24 hours on working days. When you contact us during the weekend, we will get back to you on the next working day.
